Mrs. Hausch has served at Our Savior since 2012. This year she is our First Grade teacher and continues to fill in as daycare provider for our before and after school programs. Prior to coming here she has served as a preschool teacher/director, middle school teacher, administrative assistant to the Bishop of the English District, as well as serving in various other roles in Lutheran churches schools, and colleges throughout the Midwest. She enjoys the outdoors, gardening, knitting, sewing, and spending time with family and friends.
Susan is married and has four adult children and seven grandchildren.

- Bachelor of Science with a major in Home Economics Education and minors in Music and Early Childhood Development from South Dakota State University
- Masters in Education in Student Personnel, Guidance, and Counseling from South Dakota State University
